We're growing, and we're looking for a Motion Designer to join us on a project basis.
Role Description
- Creating motion graphics and animations for social media, product launches, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to translate brand ideas into polished animated assets
- Working across both Web3 and Web2 brands — different aesthetics, different audiences, always interesting
- Delivering work that's clean, on-brand, and built to perform wherever it lives
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-end motion graphics and animations for Web3 and Web2 brands, campaigns, and digital platforms
- Create engaging animated assets for social media, product launches, community posts, and brand videos
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to turn ideas into polished visual content
- Work with keyframes, easing curves, transitions, typography animation, and visual storytelling
- Optimise motion assets for web, social media, and different digital formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all animated visuals and creative outputs
Qualifications
- Expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics
- Proficiency in Video Production and Animation techniques
- Experience in Storyboarding and visual storytelling
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Figma or similar creative tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to project needs
- Prior experience in a professional design or creative environment is a plus
What You'll Earn
This is a project-based role. Every project is scoped and agreed upon before work begins — no surprises.
💰 $50 – $150 per project, based on complexity, deliverables and turnaround time.
