Key Responsibilities
- Motion-led Content Creation : Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content (Reels, ads, social assets) that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using transitions, typography, sound design, and basic animations to enhance storytelling.
- Creative Storytelling: Translate scripts and ideas into visually compelling narratives with a strong sense of pacing, composition, and flow.
- Trend-Driven Execution: Stay on top of Instagram and short-form video trends, and apply them effectively to brand content.
- Basic Videography Support: Assist in shooting content when required, ensuring good framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to deliver projects on time while adapting quickly to feedback and iterations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video editing, and short-form content
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (Final Cut is a plus)
- Good understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and platform requirements
- Strong sense of design, timing, typography, and visual storytelling
- Basic videography skills including camera handling, lighting, and framing
- Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
