Role Description The Motion Designer will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and content teams to create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, developing storyboards, producing animated videos, and refining motion assets for social media, websites, ads, and other marketing campaigns. The role involves translating brand guidelines and campaign objectives into dynamic visual content, ensuring consistency and high-quality output. The Motion Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, provide input on creative strategies, and stay updated on design trends and animation techniques. Regular tasks include revising content based on feedback, optimizing files for different formats, and managing project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create compelling visual narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing deliverables for multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with Animation, including character, typographic, and icon-based animations.
- Ability to develop clear Storyboarding concepts, translating ideas into structured visual sequences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- A portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video work; prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
