Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform product narratives into compelling visual stories - from crisp social shorts and scroll-stopping marketing content to polished product demos and brand campaigns.
You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform product videos into compelling visual narratives that capture audience attention.
- Produce engaging customer testimonial videos that feel authentic and story-driven.
- Create high-impact marketing short-form videos optimised for social media platforms.
- Design motion graphics, GIFs, banners, email creatives, and social assets for product launches and brand campaigns.
- Develop short demo and explainer videos that communicate complex features clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring creative concepts to life efficiently.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion design deliverables.
- Iterate on creative content based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring quality at every revision.
- Stay current with motion design trends and proactively bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in motion design or a related creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, static design, and video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have:
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer tech brands.
- Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
- Understanding of mobile-first content formats and social media best practices.
