About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer & UI Animator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming software products into compelling visual stories through engaging animations, motion graphics, and high-quality videos. Your expertise will help showcase product features, workflows, and benefits in a way that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI animation, product videos, and motion graphics, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics and UI Animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/screen animation, 2D motion graphics, and video editing & compositing.
- Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for visual flow and timing.
- Experience creating multi-format videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to design storyboards and visual plans using Figma before animation production.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging UI animations that effectively showcase product features, workflows, and interactions.
- Design and produce 2D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Develop product demo and promotional videos, incorporating presenters, animated UI, and motion graphics.
- Utilize Figma to create, edit, and refine UI screens for animation purposes.
- Add transitions, effects, and interactions to produce realistic and engaging product experiences.
- Export videos in various formats suitable for social media platforms including Instagram (9:16), LinkedIn (1:1), and YouTube (16:9).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop storyboards, concepts, and visual strategies.
- Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all video content and animations.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable motion assets, templates, and components for efficiency and consistency.
