About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and creatively sharp motion designer & video editor to join our fast-paced, high-performance creative team. This role is crafted for individuals who thrive in an agency environment — where speed, ownership, and creative excellence are equally critical. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping compelling visual narratives across digital platforms, working at the intersection of motion design, storytelling, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, editing videos, and developing innovative visual content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and video shoots, including AI/CGI content. A strong foundation in motion design principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics such as typography, composition, and detail is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to translate briefs into high-impact, platform-native creative concepts. Proven expertise in end-to-end video production, from shooting and editing to pacing, transitions, sound design, color grading, and subtitling, is required. Experience working across various formats like UGC, promotional films, explainer videos, and performance-driven creatives is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with digital platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web, along with knowledge of short-form content trends, is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include designing and delivering motion graphics and short-form video content across digital channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand identity. You will develop animated creatives for campaigns, landing pages, and content marketing initiatives, while also editing and optimizing video assets, including UGC and branded content. Repurposing long-form content into multiple high-performing short-form assets will be an essential part of your workflow. Additionally, creating motion-based marketing collateral for campaigns and digital events, supporting shoot edits, and managing campaign assets will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring visual consistency, brand integrity, and quality across all deliverables is paramount. Collaboration with the marketing team and leadership to execute campaigns end-to-end, providing creative input and iterative improvements based on performance data, will also be expected.
