Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion and Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru South. The Motion and Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create engaging graphics and motion content for digital platforms. Key responsibilities include designing static and dynamic visual assets, developing videos and animations, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual content. The role also involves brainstorming and executing new design ideas to enhance user engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Expertise in motion design and animation using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar software
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills to develop original visual storytelling
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity with social media trends and creating platform-specific visual content
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field
- Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
