Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving plant operations and process efficiency. You will work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, optimize process parameters, and implement improvements to enhance product quality and productivity. Key responsibilities include: - Analyze production data, identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions - Design and implement manufacturing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and cost requirements - Develop and execute process capability studies, FMEA, control plans and other quality tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement - Provide technical expertise and training to production and maintenance personnel - Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer requirements and quality standards - Support new product launches and assist in the development of manufacturing processes
