Role Description
This is an on-site, contract-based Mother Teacher role located in Gurugram. The Mother Teacher will play a key role in fostering a nurturing and engaging educational environment for young students. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching core subjects, promoting interactive learning, closely monitoring student progress, collaborating with parents and school staff, and providing guidance and support to students as they navigate social and academic challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development tailored to young learners' needs
- Strong skills in Education, including child development and classroom management
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Expertise in Teaching and Training, with a focus on fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment
- A graduate degree in Education or a relevant field is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in early childhood or primary education is highly desirable
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering student development
