Our Mother–Toddler Program is often a child’s first step into the world beyond home—and a parent’s first experience with us.
We are looking for someone truly special—an educator who can beautifully engage both children and parents, creating a warm, trusting, and enriching environment.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Mother–Toddler Program Lead, you will design, lead, and own the entire program experience.
This role goes beyond teaching—
You will be a facilitator, guide, and trusted partner for parents, while creating joyful, developmentally rich experiences for toddlers (1–3 years).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Design & Execution
- Plan and design weekly session flows aligned with early childhood development.
Conduct engaging sessions including:
- Sensory play
- Music & movement
- Art & exploration
- Storytelling & circle time
- Ensure a balance of structure and free exploration.
Parent Engagement & Guidance
- Interact closely with mothers/parents during sessions.
- Gently guide parents on:
- Child behaviour
- Developmental milestones
- Positive parenting approaches
- Build strong relationships and create a safe, welcoming parent community.
Experience & Environment Creation
- Set up inviting, aesthetic, and stimulating learning environments.
- Curate materials and activities that encourage curiosity and independence.
- Ensure every session feels warm, premium, and memorable.
Program Growth & Innovation
- Continuously bring fresh ideas to enhance the program.
- Contribute to increasing enrolments through a delightful parent experience.
- Support open houses, trial sessions, and parent interactions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Early Childhood Education / Psychology / ECCE (preferred).
- Experience working with toddlers (1–3 years) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with parents.
- Warm, patient, empathetic, and observant personality.
- Confident in leading group sessions independently.
- Passionate about early years development and parent education.
