What You’ll Be Doing
As our Executive Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind everything happening in the kitchen—from the first prep to the final plate.
- Craft innovative, seasonal menus and unforgettable banquet experiences
- Partner with the Clubhouse Manager on budgeting, menu costing, and strategic planning
- Keep operations running smoothly while staying on budget (food cost, labor, and more)
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Lead, train, and inspire a passionate kitchen team (Sous Chef, line cooks, dishwashers)
- Build strong relationships with vendors and source the best ingredients
- Monitor inventory, control waste, and keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What Makes You a Great Fit
You are equal parts leader, creator, and operator—someone who can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
- 3+ years in a kitchen management or leadership role
- Culinary degree (or equivalent experience that proves you know your craft)
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations
- A passion for creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A natural leader who motivates and develops teams
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
