About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and successful campaign execution. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions that drive results for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with client goals
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of client campaigns, from ideation to launch
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular progress reports to clients
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver engaging content
- Proactively identify new opportunities to expand client relationships and drive growth
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar account management or client-facing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate client requirements into actionable plans
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Experience in the social media/content marketing domain is preferred
