UKG WFM Consultant III (Remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote WFM Consultant to join our team. As a WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions).

What you’ll do

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems
• Draw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their WFM system
• Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
• Document, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specifications
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

How you’ll be measured:

• Maintaining target utilization rate
• Maintaining WFM or main discipline certification and managing multiple projects and/or launches
• Completion of projects on with a focus on a high-quality deliverable and client experience
• Strong ability to develop functional design solutions in the WFM product (or specialty area) that meet clients’ needs
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients, resulting in customer retention.
• Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business

What makes you successful:

Need to haves:

• 5+ years of HRIS consulting experience
• Strong UKG WFM configuration and optimization skills
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.

Nice to haves:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Expert skills in UKG WFM products
