Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Mortgage Loan Processor at CredPlus Global Solutions. The role involves managing loan files end-to-end, reviewing documentation, coordinating with borrowers, underwriters, and third parties, and ensuring timely and compliant loan closures.

• Maintain strong knowledge of US Mortgage Origination, processing workflows, and lending regulations
• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Order and follow up on third-party services (appraisal, title, VOE, payoff statements, etc.)
• Work closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and clients to move files efficiently toward closing
• Prepare and submit complete loan files to underwriting
• Review underwriting conditions and ensure timely and accurate clearance
• Monitor pipeline and provide regular updates on loan status
• Identify discrepancies or red flags and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and lender-specific guidelines
• Maintain high attention to detail, quality, and turnaround time
• Handle borrower and client queries professionally
• Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the US Mortgage Industry and loan processing lifecycle
• Proficiency in loan processing and basic underwriting concepts
• Experience handling mortgage loan files and documentation review
• Familiarity with Conventional loans (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines preferred)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience

• 1–3 years of US Mortgage Loan Processing experience preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Any Graduate can apply

Additional Details

• Work Mode: On-site (Lucknow). Please apply only if you are in Lucknow or ready to relocate.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
