Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Mortgage Consultant will guide clients through the loan process, assess their financial profiles, provide personalized loan solutions, and work with financial institutions to secure the most suitable mortgage options. Responsibilities include assisting with documentation, explaining terms and conditions, analyzing client needs, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and general Mortgages
- Proficiency in Finance principles and practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a seamless and supportive client experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage comprehensive documentation processes
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and lender engagement
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial industry is preferred
- Proficiency in local market understanding
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
