- UAE mortgage industry
- Indian banking and home loan sector

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Mortgage / Home Loan sales
- Banking or Financial Services
- Mortgage operations or underwriting
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through the mortgage and home financing journey
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
- Manage documentation and follow-up processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Understanding of mortgage products and banking procedures is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
