Job Summary
The job of Administrative Assistant - Elementary School is done for the purpose/s of supporting the principal's administrative functions at an elementary school; ensuring efficient operation of support functions; documenting and communicating information, coordinating projects and site activities: researching a variety of topics; and determining
appropriate action/referral to achieve resolution.
Requirements / Qualifications
Typing, filing; standard office practices, correct English usage, spelling, grammar and basic arithmetic; excellent computer skills; two years of increasing levels of responsible clerical experience.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Salary Info
8 hours/day; 5 days/week; 11 months/year with Benefit Package
