Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Campaign Developer to join our team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Campaign solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions using Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard).
• Build and manage campaign workflows, including audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Campaign workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and development teams to support end-to-end campaign execution.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, data governance policies, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on new features and capabilities within Adobe Campaign and marketing automation trends.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of campaign workflow management and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
