Transition Management - Manager - Fund Services

As a Transition Management - Manager - Fund Services, you will be responsible for managing client transitions and new fund onboarding on our alternative asset platforms. You will be the central point of contact for our clients and will work closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless transition experience. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the overall client transition process, from kick-off to completion - Coordinate with various internal teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their transition - Identify and mitigate transition risks and issues - Ensure adherence to service level agreements and client contractual terms - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the transition management process
