We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.
In ISG Aligned Operations is a global team supporting Equity Derivatives, Interest Rate, Credit Derivatives (IRCC), Commodities and Collateral. The team supports primarily middle office functions with a global presence. ISG Operations have people located in the following locations - Americas (New York, Baltimore), Asia (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Mumbai and Bangalore), and Europe (London, Budapest and Glasgow).

What you'll do in the role:
o Ensuring all controls and processes within the responsibility of the role are completed and continually evolving in line with the requirements of the team and Firm;
o Ensuring that all outputs are produced to a first class standard
o Ensuring deadlines are met and where possible exceeded
o Providing accurate and timely escalations to line manager
o Delivering projects within agreed deliverables
o Production of Metrics and Stakeholder Packs
o Investigate exceptions through interrogation of the Firms risk and financial systems.

o Pro-actively carrying out root cause analysis on break data to identify and then eliminate common
What you'll bring to the role:
o Attention to detail and accuracy is essential ( Responsible for metrics, management information, presentations)
o Strong communication skills both oral and written are essential, as the successful candidate will be dealing with clients and our partners across the various divisions of the firm.
o Task orientated, inquisitive in nature, the successful candidate will be required to ensure production items and projects are delivered on time.
o Ability to challenge the processes and issues owned by the team.
o Self-motivated and ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve end goals
