What You'll Do In The Role
- Management / maintenance of MSET risk limits
- Development and maintenance of risk exception reports
- Monitoring intraday limit changes and flagging exceptions to MSET Coverages
- Ability to drive key risk projects independently for US region along with stakeholders
- Risk limit policy monitoring
- Lead periodic reviews of low-value clients and coordinate offboarding where necessary, while preparing monthly risk decks for Risk Limit Review meetings.
- Creating reports or dashboard that enhances process efficiency.
Creating processes that allow for automated reviews of limits for various
cash and derivative products
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a STEM subject.
- 3-5 years with a background in Technology/IT, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations or Trading Support.
- Mandatory: 1–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in Python and SQL within a professional environment.
- Additional exposure in tools (e.g. like UiPath, Power BI and SAP) is expected.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
- Experience in a data specialist role, a passion for working with data and helping stakeholders.
- Exposure/knowledge of different equity and equity derivatives products is desirable.
- Experience with working in a team/ managing individual in a team
- Strong communication skills including presentation and written skills, and a team player.
- Excellent telephone skills (regular phone contact with team required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
