About the role

- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work - Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards -Work with Liquidity Controllers to run the various liquidity stress tests and resolve production issues as they occur - Conduct analysis and enhance the internal liquidity stress test model as needed -Coordinate with Liquidity Risk Department (LRD), Model Risk Management (MRM), Controllers and IT to implement model enhancements; includes writing business requirements and running user acceptance testing -Forecast liquidity requirements for non-bank entities as part of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) -Work with Liquidity Controllers on attributing the liquidity reserve to each Business Unit -Evaluate movements in the Firm's liquidity resources and requirements and present findings to senior management, including at various management committees -Participate in the assessment of New Product Approval (NPA) -Support regulatory requests including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings -Ensure that the liquidity stress test models and their corresponding documentation are kept up-to-date through regular recalibration - In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes -Good working knowledge of Corporate Treasury, e.g., capital, liquidity or funding. Previous working experience in these areas beneficial (directly or via consulting/regulatory roles) -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally - Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment -> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Diversity of thought - CFA or equivalent is a plus - At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
