Associate, Data Analytics

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Data Analytics to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and deploying scalable and robust Data Platforms and Analytics Solutions to drive insights and decision making for the firm. You will be part of a team that is responsible for managing data across various functions of the organization, building complex data models and visualizing insights to drive business impact. Responsibilities: - Design, build and deploy scalable and robust Data Platforms and Analytics Solutions to drive business insights and decision making - Develop complex data models, dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing data and analytics capabilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Leverage a variety of data processing and visualization tools to deliver insights - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data and analytics space Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI - Experience in building and managing data pipelines and data warehousing - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
