The point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members, helping to ensure their experience is smooth, efficient, and positive from start to finish.
• Greet customers in person or over the phone with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to appointments, vehicle status, or general dealership services.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in our system.
• Communicate effectively with the service department, sales team, and management to relay customer needs.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating as necessary.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and follow-up calls.
