About the role
We are looking for an experienced Jitterbit EDI Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement EDI integrations between SnapFulfil WMS, Microlise, and Qargo TMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI standards, API development, and cloud-based integration platforms, specifically Jitterbit.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop real-time EDI integrations using Jitterbit Harmony.
Implement and maintain integrations between SnapFulfil WMS, Microlise, and Qargo TMS.
Develop and configure Jitterbit workflows to handle order processing, despatches, receipts, and tracking data exchange.
Ensure seamless data flow between systems, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
Document integration processes, mappings, and workflows.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with Jitterbit Harmony for EDI and API integrations.
Strong understanding of EDI formats such as EDIFACT, X12, and XML/JSON API transactions.
Experience integrating SnapFulfil WMS, Microlise, and Qargo TMS or similar logistics/transportation management systems.
Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP APIs, including authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys, etc.).
Strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and scripting within Jitterbit.
Experience with error handling, exception management, and logging in Jitterbit.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and middleware solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with SQL databases for data extraction and manipulation.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes.
Experience with other integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Jitterbit certification is a plus.
