Management Consultant Manager – Strategy

Moorhouse is looking for candidates with significant experience and networks across Strategy to help drive our growth ambitions. Managers are the day-to-day leads on a client project. Of course, you'll be expected to manage all aspects of delivery like the usual project management activities (budget, timeline, quality and risks). But most importantly, since we do not deliver cookie-cutter projects, the Manager will be responsible for designing a tailor-made approach to each client challenge. This includes defining and tailoring the right tools, frameworks and workshops which will lead to a meaningful and pragmatic strategy for the client. Our business is ambitious so we need to be constantly looking to how we can grow. Managers will be expected to lead activities like proposal development by scoping out the right response to a prospective client's challenge. This will include defining the right approach as well as pricing the cost and estimating the timelines of the project. We pride ourselves on our work hard, play hard culture. This is brought to life by every person in the business. Some of these will show up through activities like mentoring colleagues, collaborating with sector teams, team building and away days. This will be within the strategy team, the Strategy & Customer department, or at Moorhouse-wide level.
