Skills and Competencies Proven 12+years experience in a senior leadership role within data engineering and analytics. Expertise in building and managing data ecosystems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and cloud data engineering patterns. Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and vision, driving successful outcomes. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Knowledge of machine learning and AI frameworks. Education Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of data engineering strategies to support the company's data-driven initiatives. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and architectures on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions across various platforms. Drive the execution of the company's vision for data engineering and analytics, ensuring alignment with business goals. Mentor and manage a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data engineering processes. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
