Skills and Competencies - Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365), with advanced Excel and VBA knowledge preferred. - Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - 1- 3 years of work experience in FP&A, HR, or similar roles with a focus on position control or workforce planning. Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Responsibilities - Support financial planning and analysis processes, focusing on position management and headcount planning. - Assist in forecasting, month-end reporting, and expense analysis. - Support monthly reporting and variance analysis to identify key focus areas for management. - Act as liaison between FP&A and other departments to improve data flow and reporting accuracy. - Collaborate with department managers to align staffing needs with financial goals. - Prepare and present regular reports on position status and headcount trends to senior leadership. - Analyze financial impact of staffing changes and recommend resource allocation optimizations. - Track position vacancies, new hires, and terminations to align with budget and resource plans. - Analyze workforce trends, vacancy rates, and turnover to inform strategic decisions. - Support headcount planning and forecasting with FP&A and leadership teams. - Collaborate with HR and Finance to validate position data for workforce planning and budgeting. - Ensure accurate reflection of position changes in financial systems. - Maintain position management database ensuring data integrity for headcount tracking and organizational structures. - Manage and analyze workforce data, oversee position control, and provide insights for headcount planning.
