Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vedaranyam for Montessori-trained Teachers, PRTs, TGTs, PGTs, and NEET/JEE Teachers. Educators will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy, ensuring age-appropriate and subject-specific learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support where needed. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues to coordinate academic programs, participate in training and professional development, and contribute to co-curricular activities. They will also maintain clear communication with students, families, and school leadership to support holistic growth and uphold the school’s standards of discipline and care.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Teaching and Education, with subject proficiency relevant to Montessori, primary, middle, senior school, or NEET/JEE coaching.
- Ability to create structured, learner-centered Lesson Planning and Training activities tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging classrooms, constructive feedback, and collaboration with parents and colleagues.
- Formal teacher training or Montessori certification; B.Ed. or equivalent qualification preferred for PRT, TGT, PGT (allsubjects) roles.
- Experience working in schools with commitment to student-centered, inclusive education.
- Ability to work on-site in Vedaranyam and actively participate in school events, co-curricular programs, and community initiatives.
