Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Montessori Head based at Al Haramain English School in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Montessori Head will oversee the daily operations of the Montessori section, ensure adherence to Montessori principles, and maintain a nurturing and child-centered learning environment. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, staff training, supervising classroom activities, fostering communication with parents, and ensuring that the highest teaching standards are met to support the growth and development of students.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise and experience in Montessori teaching methodologies and curriculum implementation.
- Leadership and team management skills for training and supervising teaching staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Organizational and planning abilities for curriculum development and classroom management.
- A recognized Montessori certification and a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within an educational institution is highly desirable.
- A commitment to creating a child-centered and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with educational regulations and innovative teaching strategies is an added advantage.
