Financial Analyst

Montegallo is seeking a sharp and ambitious Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to launch their career in corporate finance or strategic planning. Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decisions - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including P&L and cash flow analysis - Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning - Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments - Build and maintain Excel-based models and financial dashboards - Conduct market and industry research to identify risks and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and accounting - Support ad-hoc financial projects and senior leadership requests Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field - 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience - Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and financial systems - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: - Experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not required
