<strong><br>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Accessory Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for professionally installing a variety of truck and auto accessories while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br></strong><br>

<strong><br>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong><br>Accessory Installation:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Install bed covers, liners, toolboxes, towing equipment, running boards, lighting systems, lift kits, and more.</li>
<li>Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong><br>Trailer Repairs & Hitch Installation:<br></strong><br>
</div><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Replace trailer parts such as hubs, bearings, and axles.</li>
<li>Install and service fifth-wheel hitches and gooseneck hitches.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on trailers.<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong><br>Equipment and Tool Maintenance:<br></strong><br>
</div><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.</li>
<li>Keep the shop clean and organized, reporting any damaged tools or equipment to the Operations Manager.<br><br>

<strong><br>Inspection and Quality Assurance:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<br>Inspect all parts before installation to confirm they are free of defects.</li>
<li>Test installations to ensure quality, safety, and functionality.<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Safety and Compliance:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>Maintain a hazard-free work environment and comply with all regulations regarding vehicle modifications.<br><br>

<strong><br>Collaboration and Communication:<br></strong><br>

<li>Work closely with other installers and the Operations Manager to address installation challenges.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales associates for clarification on customer requirements.<br><br>

<strong><br>Troubleshooting and Repairs:<br></strong><br>

<br>Diagnose and resolve issues with existing installations.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on recurring challenges to improve processes.<br><br>

</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Accurately complete work orders and document any deviations or additional labor required.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>
<strong><br>Continuous Learning:<br></strong><br>

<strong><br>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>

<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools; ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.</li>
<li>Trailer Repair Experience: Knowledge of trailer components, including hubs, bearings, and suspension systems, is a plus.</li>
<li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding conditions.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Communication: Clear and respectful communication with team members.<br><br>
