About the role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business value. Key responsibilities include:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points
- Develop functional and technical specifications to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new processes and system enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and systems
- Continuously monitor and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Document processes, procedures, and other artifacts to maintain institutional knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and use case development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
