About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Watson technologies or a solid foundation in AI engineering, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn IBM Watson tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using IBM Watson products, including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, Watson Studio, and Watsonx.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and IBM Watson technologies.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 610 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Watson technologies or equivalent AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI models and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with large language models and natural language processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
