We are looking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer shall produce clear, concise, and detailed documentation that helps our users use our products. You shall work closely with stakeholders and engineers to gather requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development as well as excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create developer-focused documentation of exceptional quality, which includes tutorials, user guides, product features, and code samples.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features, enhancements, and updates, and convert them into user-friendly documentation.
• Structure and organize the documentation to improve its discoverability and ease of use.
• Create modular and reusable documentation components using industry-standard formats such as Markdown, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new documentation formats as required.
• Utilize Git for publishing and managing documentation.
• Continuously enhance documentation standards through regular reviews and incorporation of user feedback.
• Write clear and understandable code snippets, tutorials, and walk-throughs for popular languages and frameworks.
• Maintain and update documentation to align with new versions of SDKs and APIs.
• Writing Changelogs / Release notes for upcoming releases.
