Account Supervisor

Overview

MONO is looking for an Account Supervisor who will help manage the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring that we are delivering best-in-class work at every point. The Account Supervisor has a clear understanding of our client’s needs and priorities, and works with the team to make sure we are building a collaborative and thoughtful partnership.

Responsibilities

In pursuit of great work, Account Supervisors at MONO lead the projects from start to finish, selling the work throughout the process. In pursuit of strong client relationships, they own and navigate the day to day, project-specific client relationship; finding and successfully negotiating solutions during challenging times. Importantly, Account Supervisors bring leadership and direction to the agency team, motivating them to perform at their very best.

Qualifications

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration.
