<strong>Customer Support Associate – Monmouth Cards (NJ - Remote)<br></strong><br>Monmouth Cards is a fast-growing sports trading card company with both in-store and online operations. We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage customer communication across multiple channels and ensure a smooth, reliable support experience. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and takes full ownership of their work.<br><br><strong>Key Details:</strong><br><br>

<li>Type: Part-time (potential for transition to full-time)</li>
<li>Location: Remote / Hybrid (NJ, CT, or MA required)</li>
<li>Hours: Starting at 25 hours/week, with potential to grow to 40 hours</li>
</ul><div>
<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Handle inbound customer phone calls via RingCentral</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries across:<ul>
<li>Email/ticketing system (Zendesk)</li>
<li>SMS (Klaviyo)</li>
<li>Messaging platforms (Meta and other channels)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Maintain and manage ticket queues to prevent backlog</li>
<li>Proactively follow up on open or unresolved tickets</li>
<li>Coordinate with store locations and warehouse teams to:<ul>
<li>Check inventory availability</li>
<li>Verify order status</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues efficiently</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels</li>
<li>Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary</li>
</ul><div>

<li>Zendesk (ticketing system)</li>
<li>Walmart Customer Messaging</li>

<strong>Qualifications and Skills:<br></strong><br>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortably handle phone, email, and messaging support simultaneously</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Able to take ownership and follow through without reminders</li>
<li>Comfortable switching between multiple tools and platforms</li>
<li>Reliable and consistent with response times</li>
