Role Overview
As a
Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end
account management,
content planning, and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with creative teams, designers, and clients to develop high-performing content and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, understanding their brand voice and business goals.
Develop and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, paid media) to align strategies with business objectives.
Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Content Planning & Strategy
Develop engaging, platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with trends, audience interests, and brand messaging.
Work with designers and copywriters to create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging posts.
Experiment with different content formats like reels, stories, carousel posts, live sessions, and interactive polls.
Oversee day-to-day management of social media profiles, ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
Monitor trends, industry news, and competitors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand advocacy programs.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social insights.
Provide monthly reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and other key metrics.
Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience in handling multiple accounts and client communication.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Excellent copywriting, creative storytelling, and content planning skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
