Job Description – Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Specialist
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Social Science.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 of experience in the Public Sector, preferably in the Social Sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social research.
- Experience in government- or UN-funded projects preferred.
- Knowledge of women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal is desirable.
- Prior experience with World Bank-funded projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and MIS for WEP initiatives.
- Design data collection tools and ensure systematic data verification.
- Conducted training for PMU teams and analyzed collected data.
- Document best practices, success stories, and impact studies.
- Oversee program assessments and contribute to research and reporting.
- Ensure smooth implementation of M&E plans with key stakeholders.
