Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager. The role involves designing and implementing robust systems to monitor and evaluate the impact of various programs initiated by Raah Foundation. The M&E Manager will collect, analyze, and report data, ensuring the effectiveness of programs and their alignment with strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with program teams, developing evaluation frameworks, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to improve program outcomes. This is an office-based role in MUmbai. Knowledge of Marathi essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Monitoring and Data Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program performance and outcomes
- Experience in Program Management, including planning and execution of strategies
- Exceptional Report Writing skills for comprehensive documentation and presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with local communities
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Educational background in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with grassroots communities in rural or tribal areas is advantageous
