We're Hiring: Mobilizer
📍 Location: Sambalpur, Odisha
🏢 Organization: Orion Educational Society (OES) – Tata Power Skill Development Centre
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Mobilizer to join our team and help connect aspiring candidates with skill development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct field mobilization activities in villages, schools, colleges, and communities.
- Counsel and motivate candidates to enroll in skill development training programs.
- Organize awareness campaigns, door-to-door visits, and mobilization events.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Maintain daily mobilization reports and candidate data.
- Ensure achievement of admission and mobilization targets.
Eligibility- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in field mobilization, sales, marketing, or counseling is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
