We are hiring a Chief of Staff for the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the CEO to gain an inside perspective into how a high-growth software business operates, contribute directly to its strategy and successful execution, and work directly with the executive team, functional leaders across the company, and the company's board. This person will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO – helping drive MongoDB's most important operating rhythms and initiatives including Board meetings, earnings, executive offsites, strategic planning & KPI tracking. You will program and lead the weekly executive meeting and ensure the CEO is prepped day-to-day for meetings and engagements. You'll act as a connector between the CEO and MongoDB's executive team and senior leaders, helping to proactively surface and propose solutions to issues, track takeaways and action items, and ensure accountability to commitments. While the focus is on running the business day-to-day, there's also the opportunity to work on special initiatives ranging from M&A, to emerging product areas, and projects focused on driving operational efficiency internally.
