Onboarding and Integration Specialist

As an Onboarding and Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the onboarding and integration of new agents and other business partners. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting training sessions, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the onboarding process. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records and documentation, as well as provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
