About the role

Job Description

  • The role will prepare and execute Training materials and assist the Lead in identifying the Training Gaps & Opportunities across all Operations Functions and ensure engagement activities are implemented.
  • Assist the Training & Engagement Lead in Identifying & monitoring of training needs and gaps across all operations functions. Conduct technical and soft skills training programs for Operations.
  • Assist the Ops Support Head on the implementation of training for newly onboarded agents until deployment to production.
  • Assess the skills and competencies of all Operations staff and provide recommendation to the Ops Support Head for strategies on how to bridge the gap.
  • Design, plan and conduct engagement activities across all Operations functions.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year college course
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in Training and Engagement related roles
  • Must have conducted training programs preferably for Banks, Operations or other industry
  • Has experience in training gap analysis and project management
  • Must have experience in handling newly on boarded employees and knowledgeable in conducting classroom or face-to-face training
  • Must have experience in supporting/leading engagement projects
  • Open to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and/or Gateway, Cubao
