Job Description

As the product manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of innovative digital investment solutions. You will play a pivotal role in conducting competitive research, shaping product strategy, gathering business requirements, coordinating system implementation, and driving continuous improvement post-launch.
Work efficiently with stakeholders from business, compliance, designer, and technology to manage the project and ensure high-quality implementation
Conduct market and business scenario research to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
Translate business objectives into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), including front-end user flow, backend system integration, and architecture design, etc.
Develop monitoring and reporting processes to track product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, trading, or investment platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in backend system integration and design.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-driven and adaptable, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
