About the role

Manage Talend software including installation, optimization, and job scheduling. Collaborate with teams for data integration and ensure security compliance. Provide support and training. Key Responsibilities Talend Environment Setup and Administration Install, configure, and maintain Talend software. Monitor and optimize Talend Remote Engine performance and usage. Manage job scheduling, deployment, and monitoring in Talend Management Console (TMC). System Maintenance and Support Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Talend jobs, infrastructure, and dependencies. Collaboration and Support Work closely with data integration teams to ensure Talend jobs are deployed and executed as per requirements. Provide technical support to integration developers and operators regarding Talend-related issues. Collaborate with IT and database administrators to ensure seamless data flows across systems. Security and Compliance Implement and enforce security measures for Talend systems and data pipelines. Maintain compliance with Mondelez organizational policies and industry regulations. Monitoring and Optimization Set up and maintain monitoring tools to ensure the performance and reliability of Talend workflows. Analyze and optimize Talend jobs for efficiency and scalability. Documentation and Training Create and maintain detailed documentation for Talend environments, processes, and best practices. Train team members on Talend tools and administrative procedures.
