About the role

The team leads new product realization, for Cable Assembly products, in delivering commitments to customers by exercising Product Development Process (PDP) while policing governance / compliance to customers' requirement. You will lead a team of project engineers to provide Cross Functional leadership in delivering Project(s) baseline Scope/Schedule & Cost to achieve YOY New Product revenue goals and growth expectations for the (BU) & Division. The role involves providing guidance, support, and mentorship to the project engineers, as well as actively managing key projects themselves. We work in an international and creative environment, and you will play a key role in supporting the activities of the Global Project Management Office (PMO). You will collaborate with stakeholders from different regions and functions to ensure alignment with global project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. You will have to collaborate closely with colleagues from the global Product Marketing team, Design centers and the Manufacturing Plants and facilitate critical project milestone reviews / decision (incl change management) to mitigate project scope/schedule/cost risks to meet customer requirements. As a Project Management lead, you will be responsible for, Supervise and lead a team of project engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship as needed Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Ensure that the team adheres to established project management processes, methodologies, and best practices. Provide performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for project engineers Serve as a point of escalation for project issues and conflicts, facilitating resolution and mitigating risks Manage resources effectively to optimize project performance and ensure project milestones are met Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in all related areas. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management
