About the role
The Engineer, Signal Integrity will be responsible for design, simulation, analysis, and troubleshooting of PCB and interconnect signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues to ensure the electrical performance of Molex products. This includes development of analytical models, simulation tools, measurement techniques, and validation methodologies to support new product development, existing product improvements, and failure analysis. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve signal integrity related issues, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
