Senior UX Designer

MOJO is looking for a curious, passionate, and well-rounded Senior UX designer to join our growing agency. As a member of the team, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the end-to-end user-centered design process with the ability to jump in and contribute meaningfully across the different needs and phases of our clients' projects. Ambiguity doesn't scare you, you're experienced at rolling up your sleeves and working with the information you have to gain better clarity and understanding and bringing others along that journey. Collaboration is your normal operating mode as you'll find yourself working very closely with designers, comms and marketing, technology, project managers, and business folks. You're comfortable working directly with and presenting solutions to team members and clients. You're someone who can zoom out to connect the dots, zoom in to fine tune the details, and are looking for a fun, low-ego, and challenging environment.
