Compensation (Yearly): AED 264,000 – 336,000

Notice Period: Immediate to max 45 days

Visa/Work Permit: Valid UAE work permit required

We are hiring for a prominent AI-based technology solutions firm that provides IT services and AI-driven products to enterprise and mid-market clients. The company operates globally and is expanding its footprint across the Middle East with high-impact offerings.

About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head – Middle East to lead our business development across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on new client acquisition, especially in the AI and IT product space. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—and will be directly responsible for building the regional pipeline through proactive outreach and market understanding.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell AI-based products and/or IT services
  • Experience generating new leads and closing high-value deals independently
  • Strong client network and direct prospecting experience
  • C-Level stakeholder engagement in the Middle East
  • Open to travel across Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Oman
  • Education: MBA preferred (not mandatory)

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms: Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • Experience in a cross-cultural or global client environment
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Middle East region
  • Independently generate leads via networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and outreach
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
  • Engage directly with enterprise-level clients and decision-makers
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and meetings
  • Maintain pipeline health and provide regular forecasts to CXO
  • Report directly to CXO
